He has been walking out life and ministry for 17 years. During that time, he's not only preached the gospel but also founded impactful outreach efforts like Project 3:16, reflecting his heart for the community and the call to serve beyond the walls of the church.
Author of Overcoming Life's Hills & Valleys and All In-books that offer honest, faith- filled insight into what it really means to trust God through life's ups and downs and to fully commit to His purpose.
Outside of ministry, Pastor Ken is a proud father to two daughters and a son, and a joyful "Papa" to eight amazing grandchildren. Whether he's preaching, writing, mentoring, or simply being present, Pastor Ken is passionate about keeping it real, living with purpose, and always pointing people to the hope found in Christ.

Ben and Jessica serve as youth pastors with a clear passion for God and a genuine love for people. Their heart for serving God and investing in the lives of youth is evident in their ministry approach. As faithful servant leaders, they bring consistency and dedication to their role.
Outside of ministry, Ben and Jessica are devoted parents to their daughter and son, and are expecting the arrival of another daughter. Whether serving the Lord in ministry or serving in their home, they demonstrate the same faithful, consistent leadership that makes them valuable members of the church's pastoral team

Ben and Jessica serve as youth pastors with a clear passion for God and a genuine love for people. Their heart for serving God and investing in the lives of youth is evident in their ministry approach. As faithful servant leaders, they bring consistency and dedication to their role. Sarah Havon serves as the Preaching and Teaching Team Lead at Journey Church, bringing over 15 years of ministry experience and a deep love for God's Word. Her passion is equipping others through biblical teaching and intentional discipleship. Her ministry experience spans from intercultural missionary to youth ministry leadership, offering her a broad view of the Church's mission. Sarah holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and is committed to fostering spiritual depth.
Sarah believes that ministry begins at home. She is married to Chris, mom to two energetic boys, and stepmom to two wonderful girls. Her greatest desire is to cultivate a Christ-centered family culture where faith is lived out daily through love, grace, and intentional growth.
